Jim is devoted to providing the best possible service to his clients, and to achieving the best outcome with as little stress as possible under the circumstances. He is a good listener, and tries to minimize the billable time spent by focusing on the important facts. Jim counsels his clients on practical ways to approach and resolve the problem before them. He returns calls promptly, keeps his clients informed of the status of the matter he is handling for them, and bills monthly to avoid unpleasant surprises. Jim’s fees are reasonable and competitive. In addition to the services listed Jim also offers general legal advice.
